AWH Colour Creations Showcase - Week 35: Pool Party

Well it's been a while - quite a while - but here I am with another Art with Heart Colour Creations Showcase. This week it's Pool Party!

I really enjoyed colouring the sunflower from Celebrate Sunflowers.  I used the Dark Pretty Peacock and the Light & Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends for the petals, and the Light & Dark So Saffron Stampin' Blends for the centre. I know sunflowers aren't blue, but given the last 12 months, I figure anything goes 😀

The card has a Pool Party base, a So Saffron Mat, and the DSP is from next year's Subtles 6'' x 6'' Designer Series Paper.

I used the coordinating Sunflower Dies to cut the Sunflower and the leaves.

The So Saffron panel has been embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder and I daubered the torn edges with So Saffron Ink. The Rhinestone Basic Jewels have been coloured with the Dark Pool Party Stamin' Blend.

And as per usual - the inside of the card!

Until next time.
